Rules & Process

When commissioning me please have a script in mind and ready to provide. If you do not have a script and are requesting a custom audio, you will be charged a flat fee to have me write the script.If providing a script, I am willing to make minor revisions free of charge to edit for clarity/flow that I will only incorporate with client approval, if you’d rather have me read your provided script as is please let me know.If requesting me to write a script, there will be one round of revisions. As billing is determined by script length pricing will not be finalized until this point. The price of the script will be discussed during the revision stage.Once the audio is recorded and edited you will be sent a rough copy and there will be one round of revisions. Once the audio has been finalized no further revisions may be requested.Audios will take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity and will be produced on a “first come first serve” basis. Please note that delivery time may vary.Audio will be delivered via a temporary google drive link. Note this week will be up for at least a week, but it will expire after said week.In the event that I cannot complete your request I will issue you a full refund.Please note I reserve the right to reject commissions featuring content I am uncomfortable with.

Rights and Usage

By reading this you understand that I hold full rights to all audios I make, including commissioned work. This means that I will retain full legal ownership of produced audios, including rights over the distribution, reproduction, and sale of those produced works. As such, please understand that commissions are not to be sold, redistributed, or otherwise shared without my prior consent or the purchasing of a commercial license. Additionally, my audio may not be used in any other context other than that of the agreed-upon commissioned work.Audios that I produce via commission may or may not be shared or posted on Youtube, however commissions with the added private use fee will never be re-posted or shared by myself.I agree to keep all of my clients information confidential. If a commissioned audio is planned to be uploaded or otherwise shared, I will reach out and ask whether or not you wish to be credited before posting. Your privacy is of my upmost concern.

Disclaimer

I reserve the right to change any of these terms, up to and including pricing, add-ons, and rules at any given time, however these changes will not be enforced retroactively.You may not redistribute, share, or post my content without my explicit written approval even upon purchasing the private use add-on. Private use is meant to be used for personal use only. If you would like to share your commissioned audio, you MUST seek out my written consent before doing so. Posting audios without my express permission will incur legal action, including payment for legal fees, royalties, and back payment for license fees of $500 + $50 per minute of shared audio without my consent. If purchasing a commercial license, you are required to credit me explicitly for my contribution.
